It's good to give your baby a naturally orange food if you expect nutrients that are normally present in orange foods. Squash is one of the original flavor brands from the vegetable variety pack, the first case of Earth's Best I ever bought. While sweet potato followed by carrot were their favorites, they liked squash right from the start.
I think it was pretty innovative to mix squash with turkey (as opposed to chicken). This combination worked well and they loved it from the first taste. I sincerly don't think those of us parents had it so good at this tender age. We might be handing the next generation for too much public debt, but at least we're starting them out with healthy and interesting foods. But is this as healthy as it appears?
I believe your baby will love this one if he/she is anywhere near mine in age and I would love to hear comments should others try this one out on their precious little baby.

I bought a few different varities of baby food in the jars through amazon because it is so much cheaper doing the subscribe and save than going to the store. I have read many reviews where they said that they received some jars broken, all I have to say is that I received about 5 12 pack jars of different food and not a single one was broken. All of them came wrapped in quite a bit of bubble wrap.I haven't had any issues with them.

My son is a fussy eater, especially with new tastes. But he like this, and will eat two jars at a time with no fuss. He rejected Chicken and stars, and was OK with turkey and vegetable too. But by far this has been the best.

Both our twins love this one right from the start but it's not loaded with lentils (see ingredients below). We introduced it when they were 7 months old and now they're 10 months. I'm glad they are eating something green because we couldn't get them to eat the one with peas when we tried at 7 months, but we got them to eat the peas later at 9 months.
Their favorite vegetable is sweet potato and we've also tried sweet potato with cinnamon. They love all the fruit varieties.
I'm glad they love this one because lentils and brown rice form a complete protein, although a view of the ingredients shows that lentils is not one of the prime ingredients.
This one also has carrots and I've heard all babies like carrots. I don't know if they would like it without the carrots. My little girl can't get enough of this! I like that it is organic and contains fruit, veggies, protein and grains in one tasty meal. I wish it came in larger portions since my 10 month old always wants 2 jars.

On July 7th 2011 I paid $124.99, today (07-22-2011) it's over $140. At Target is still $21.09/can. One star for Amazon.
Similac Sensitive is great (no gases and no spit-ups)* and my child likes the taste (belive me we tried many others, including organic brands). Five stars for this product.
* We also use Dr.Brown's bottles and Dr. Brown's Formula Mixing Pitcher.

I breastfeed my daughter more than bottle feed her but we had to supplement in the begining until my milk came in better.This formula has been great for her.She was very fussy,colicky and gassy and when we switched from the Similac Advanced to the Sensitive,she was a whole new baby! lol. She started putting on weight better,never spits up and is no longer colic or very gassy.Im sure alot of people might disregard my review because i mainly breastfeed,but she does take between 8 and 12 ounces of formula a day and loves it. I recommend this formula to everyone i know whether supplementing like me or only formula feeding.If you sign up on the similac website they will actually send you a free can of the sensitive and the advanced in the new 23oz tubs. its well worth it! plus they send you three $5 off coupons every month!

This formula is great for babies who have gassy tummies. It comes in a big tub so you don't have to worry about running out. The formula has no lactose so its easy to digest. It also has ingredients that help develop their eyes and brain.
I am glad I bought this formula tub. Before I did, I was always running out at the least opportune moments. It was annoying! But I dont run out anymore!
